We do bisque (1000deg), oxidation and reduction (1280 - 1300 deg.) firings in this kiln.

We purchased this Skutt electric kiln second hand a few years ago and it has become invaluable for getting small orders fired quickly.
We mainly bisque fire in this kiln but occasionally have taken it to mid-firing temperatures (1200 deg)

We have had three firings in this kiln to date each time learning a bit more from our mistakes
